SOUL LIBERATION EXPERIENCE
Through sound healing, play-based activities and hot seat coaching, I’ll help you be more of the woman you wish to be and have a life that lights you up.
When you join this program you’ll have access to me and 10 other women who are on the same path of healing as well for 90 minutes every week. Every week, I’ll offer a 10-15 minute sound healing, facilitate a 30 minute play-based activity to address the theme and questions of the week (role play, art-making, dance/movement, games, creative writing, singing) and leave the remainder of the time for reflection and hot seat coaching. In addition, I’ll share recordings of each of our soul liberation weekly experiences in addition to a customized, professionally recorded sound healing for every participant and activities to deepen and quantum leap your healing between sessions.

CLARITY - Phase One
WEEK 1: KNOW THYSELF - Who am I and what is my purpose?
WEEK 2: DESIRE - What do I want and how do I get it?
WEEK 2: NEEDS - What do I need to thrive and how can I meet my needs?
WEEK 4: Integration week. Our brains and body need time to restore, integrate and recover after doing deep work. We’re taking a collective break.
HEALING - Phase Two
WEEK 1: SAFETY - Where do I feel unsafe and how can I create safety?
WEEK 2: JOY- What lights me up and how can I do more of what lights me up in my life?
WEEK 3: ACTION- What actions am I avoiding and how can I shift that?
Week 4: Integration week. Our brains and body need time to restore, integrate and recover after doing deep work. We’re taking a collective break.
POWER - Phase 3
WEEK 1: INNER LIGHT - Where do I dim my light and how do I let myself shine?
WEEK 2: LOVE- What is my relationship to love and how can I receive more love in my life?
WEEK 3: MY TRUTH- How do I step more fully into knowing and sharing my truth?
Week 4: LEADERSHIP - Knowing what I know now, how do I lead and show up in my life?
